Penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis SDGs untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Dasar yang Inklusif dan Berkelanjutan

Primary education plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that is prepared to face global challenges, one of which is through the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aims to analyze the role of SDG-based learning innovations in improving the quality of primary education in Indonesia, with a focus on sustainable learning that is accessible to all segments of society. In addition, the study also identifies the challenges and strategies faced by educators in implementing SDG-based learning innovations in elementary schools. The method used is a literature review by examining various journals, books, and reports related to the implementation of SDGs in primary education. The results of the study indicate that SDG-based learning innovations, particularly through Project-Based Learning (PjBL), can enhance students’ social and academic skills, yet still face challenges in terms of limited resources and teacher training. Therefore, further efforts are needed to provide adequate infrastructure and training for educators.

Transformasi Kepemimpinan Digital: Peran Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly impacted education, demanding innovation in learning systems and school management. The madrasah principal plays a central role in managing and implementing digital strategies to create a more interactive, effective, and efficient learning environment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach at MI Al Fattah Banyuurip, Gresik, which has begun adopting technology in its learning process. The findings indicate that the use of digital platforms such as Google Classroom and Zoom increases student engagement in the learning process. The principal also plays a role in enhancing teachers' digital competencies through internal training and the digitalization of madrasah administration, which has proven to simplify attendance recording and student academic data management. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, resistance to change, and insufficient policy support remain major obstacles. This study emphasizes that digital leadership can drive innovation in the MI education system if supported by adequate policies, intensive training, and improved technological infrastructure. The study provides strategic recommendations for developing digital education policies in MI and strengthening the role of madrasah principals as innovative leaders in the digital era.

Membangun Karakter Generasi Emas 2045 melalui Pendidikan Islam di MI Darul Huda Gedongarum

Indonesia aspires to became a more dignified nation by 2045, known as “Indonesia Emas”. This is rooted in Islamic Education, which is crucial for building the character of the current generation, particularly at MI Darul Huda Gedungarum. The current moral decadence and the lack of Islamic education have eroded the character of the current generation. This study aims to describe how building the character of golden generation 2045 trough Islamic education at the MI Darul Huda Gedongarum who have strong characters, noble morals, and are competitive. The background of moral decadence in today's era and also the lack of Islamic education obtained has eroded the character of the current generation of the nation. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data were obtained from observations, interview optimally with the teachers, principal, books, articles, academic journals, and appropriate research results. The results of the study show that Islamic education very influential in shaping the character of golden generation of 2045 trought the religious values taught. However, the development of technology today is a challenge in it self because it greatly affects the character of the current generation. The current generation, which is expected to become the golden generation of 2045, must of course have good character. Therefore, it is very necessary todevelop the quality of Islamic education to help strengthen the character of the current generation.

Implementasi Media Quizizz dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Bahasa Arab Siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation and effectiveness of Quizizz as a medium to improve Arabic reading skills (maharah al-qira'ah) in children. This reading skill includes the ability to read Arabic text fluently, translate it, and understand it properly and correctly. Reading skills play a crucial role in understanding written information. An innovative way to enhance this skill is by using interactive learning media such as Quizizz. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. The findings indicate that the use of Quizizz—through formats like images, story sentences, and dialogues—can effectively improve children's reading skills. Learning activities become more dynamic, making children highly engaged, active, cheerful, and motivated to learn and read Arabic texts.

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi dan efektivitas media Quizizz dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca (maharah al-qira'ah) bahasa Arab pada anak-anak. Keterampilan membaca ini mencakup kemampuan membaca teks bahasa Arab dengan lancar, menerjemahkan, serta memahaminya dengan baik dan benar. Keterampilan membaca memegang peranan penting untuk memahami informasi tertulis. Salah satu cara inovatif untuk meningkatkannya adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif seperti Quizizz. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Quizizz dengan format gambar, kalimat cerita, dan dialog dapat secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan membaca anak. Aktivitas pembelajaran menjadi lebih hidup, membuat anak-anak sangat terlibat, aktif, ceria, dan termotivasi untuk belajar serta membaca teks bahasa Arab.

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Generasi Z di Lembaga Pendidikan Dasar

The development of digital technology has given birth to a new generation known as Generation Z, which has unique characteristics such as high technological skills, a need for
work flexibility, and an orientation towards efficiency. This generation is starting to dominate elementary education institutions as educators and educational personnel (PTK), thus demanding a different and more adaptive approach to human resource management (HRM). This study aims to examine the HRM strategy for PTK from Generation Z in elementary education institutions, as well as identify the challenges faced. The method used is a literature review with an interpretive approach to various relevant literature. The results of the study indicate that managing Generation Z HR requires a digital recruitment strategy, technology-based training, a rapid evaluation system, collaborative leadership, and open communication. The main challenges faced by educational institutions include dependence on technology, a
tendency towards instant gratification, low loyalty, and limitations in teamwork. Therefore, elementary education institutions need to adopt innovative and humanistic HRM to optimize the potential of Generation Z in improving the quality of education.
