Microteaching Dalam Pembelajaran Kode Etik Profesi Hubungan Masyarakat Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya

This study aims to examine the application of microteaching in learning the code of ethics of the public relations profession for students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya. The code of ethics of the public relations profession is an important aspect in shaping the professionalism of students who will later be involved in the public relations industry. Microteaching, as a teaching method focused on developing teaching skills in a short period of time, is expected to improve students' understanding and ability to apply the principles of the code of ethics in professional practice. This study was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach to measure the effectiveness of microteaching in improving students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards the code of ethics of the public relations profession. The results showed that microteaching can increase students' understanding of the importance of the professional code of ethics, improve their communication skills, and strengthen their professionalism in public relations practice. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that microteaching is an effective method to introduce and deepen students' understanding of the code of ethics of the public relations profession.

Pemahaman Fiqih Dasar Melalui Kitab Mabadi’ Al-Fiqhiyah Di Kelas IV PKBM Al-Hasyimi II Tawangsari Sidoarjo

The knick-knacks of a Muslim's life in society are also more or less influenced by the differences in the level of understanding and application of sharia in everyday life. Therefore, efforts to deepen the knowledge of fiqh become something very important to help people in dealing with the legal problems they face. In this study, the researcher took two problem formulations, namely what is the special reason for using the book Maba>di 'Al-Fiqhiyah in religious learning in class IV PKBM Al Hasyimi II and how to apply basic fiqh understanding for elementary school students while improving the skills of reading yellow books through the book Maba>di' Al-Fiqhiyah. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 11 students in class 4 PKBM Al Hasyimi II and 1 religious teacher. The study stated that the reason behind the use of the book Maba>di' Al-Fiqhiyah is the assumption that in the phase of children aged class 4 (age starting puberty) children must learn basic fiqh, especially about menstruation problems. As for the application of understanding basic fiqh as well as improving yellow book reading skills through the book Maba>di' Al-Fiqhiyah in class 4 of PKBM Al Hasyimi II, seen from observations made by researchers it is very good, learning activities begin with the opening, core activities, and closing activities. As for improving reading skills of the yellow book in class 4 of PKBM Al Hasyimi II, students can read easily and understand the contents or explanations of the book Maba>di' Al-Fiqhiyah after hearing and listening to the reading. from the teacher's explanation, this is supported by direct observations made by researchers on the application of learning the book Maba>di' Al-Fiqhiyah and from interviews with religious teaching teachers.

Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia has a long and very deep history along with the entry of Islam into the archipelago. The orientation of Islamic education is not limited to teaching about religious knowledge, but also an integral part of the formation of the character and identity of the Indonesian people. The urgency of Islamic education is very instrumental in the development and development of good character especially in modern times our noble values and culture are beginning to be degraded by trends and cultures that are not beautiful. This paper analyzes the role of Islamic religious education in building good moral and ethical values in individuals as the initial foundation for forming a positive social society. This research reviews the role of Islamic religious education in building character and morality so as to create future generations who are intelligent and also have a good personality. Islamic religious education is expected to help students understand Islamic ethical principles such as honesty, justice compassion and hard work. Students are taught to internalize the values in their daily actions both in social interactions and in personal life. The positive impact of Islamic Religious Education on the formation of ethics and morality also extends to society more broadly students who are equipped with an understanding of Islamic ethics are likely to be responsible citizens who have ethical behavior and make a positive contribution to improving morale and social integrity. This research stimulates thinking about how Islamic religious education can play a role in shaping a more ethical and moral society where Islamic values guide individual behavior and collective action. In conclusion, Islamic religious education has great potential to shape noble morals and ethics in society, creating a more just, ethical, compassionate, and responsible society

Religious moderation is an important approach in maintaining social harmony in the midst of Indonesia's diversity. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a strategic role in shaping a tolerant, fair, and balanced attitude, which is the essence of religious moderation. This study aims to explore the concept of religious moderation in the context of Islamic Education and formulate relevant learning strategies for the millennial generation. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research identifies the main challenges in implementing religious moderation, such as lack of teacher training, cultural resistance, and curriculum limitations. However, the findings show that dialogue-based strategies, case studies, and utilization of digital media are effective in instilling moderation values. This study concludes that optimizing PAI through adaptive curriculum support, teacher training, and educational technology can strengthen millennials' tolerance in dealing with diversity.

The specialty of the Qur'an as a source of knowledge for humans is the discussion of scientific insights that are interesting to study. The author connects this with the theory (knowledge) possessed by students so that it is increasingly honed, accompanied by the learning skills needed in Field Experience Practice (PPL) as training for students at Sunan Giri University, Surabaya. The Postgraduate PAI Study Program of UNSURI Surabaya in order to maintain its commitment and advance its quality always tries to renew and update various strategies (Amatillah toha: 2024), so that the programs and curriculum are always dynamic, one of which is through student PPL training. This writing aims to explain about student training When PPL as evidence of learning obtained by students, so that students can better understand the meaning of the specialty of the Al-Qur'an as a source of knowledge for humans., This study uses a qualitative research type with a library research method, the data collection technique used is the document study technique, The results of the discussion show that the Al-Qur'an as a source of knowledge of all knowledge for humans by understanding the definition of the meaning of the Al-Qur'an, revelation, inspiration and the meaning of science and discussing the names of the Al-Qur'an and evidence of the truth of its verses through I'jazul Al-Qur'an because the Al-Qur'an as a miracle of the Prophet Muhammad which still exists today and can bring many benefits to humans as a source of knowledge.

One of the main roles of the internet in the economics aspect is in online buying and selling activities or commonly known as e-commerce. Tokopedia e-commerce is an e-commerce that is experiencing quite rapid growth in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price partially or simultaneously on consumer satisfaction in buying muslim fashion products in Tokopedia e-commerce for the students at the Institute Pesantren KH. Abdul Chalim. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method. Data collection was carried out through the questionnaire method. The total population that became the research subject was 1,649 and the number of samples was 94 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. From the results of this study it was found that product quality partially had a negative and significant effect, service quality and price partially had a positive and significant effect. Then product quality, service quality, and price silmutaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in buying muslim fashion products in Tokopedia e-commerce for students at the Institute Pesantren KH. Abdul Chalim. This is indicated by the calculated F value of 583,952 and the table F value of 2,71. The significance value is 0,000. This value indicates that the calculated F value > F table and a significance value < 0,05.
